In order to give delegates greater flexibility, each day of the conference—plus the gala dinner—will be ticketed separately. Those wishing to attend the full conference (days 1-4, plus the gala dinner) should select all five ticket options in the Eventbrite booking menu. The cost of full delegate registration (not including Eventbrite’s booking fees) is £140.
Call for Papers
In addition, please find attached a preliminary conference programme. This is provisional and subject to change, but will hopefully give potential delegates a flavour of what is in store! It also includes a Call for Papers for the two days of lectures and lightning talks. Delegates wishing to present papers are asked to submit their outlines to firstname.lastname@example.org before March 31.
Lastly, a group discount has been arranged at the EasyHotel, Shoreditch, for the use of conference delegates: https://www.easyhotel.com/hotels/united-kingdom/london/london-city-shoreditch/book?numAdults=1&arrival=2023-06-20&departure=2023-06-23
Up to 30 rooms are available at the discounted rate of £119 per night. Please use the code ‘LSOL23’ at checkout to apply the discount.
Please note hotel accommodation is at a premium in London during the summer, and availability at the hotel is strictly limited. Early booking is strongly advised.
Please do feel free to contact either Will or myself if you have any questions, or encounter any difficulties. In the meantime, we look forward to welcoming you to London in June!

You can now fill in the registration form online. Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you an invoice for payment. Please note the registration time is limited and will end by 1 August 2022. Please contact the organizers if you need more delay.
Meise Botanic Garden is located outside Brussels, in Meise, 12 km north of the center of Brussels, and there are no hotels in the immediate vicinity of the Botanic Garden.
