We’re delighted to announce that registration for EBHL London 2023 is now open!

Please find here the Preliminary Programme

This conference has been in collaboration with Andrea Hart (Natural History Museum), Fiona Ainsworth (Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew), Fiona Davison (Royal Horticultural Society), and Dr Anna Svensson (Uppsala University).

Please use the link below to book tickets for our four exciting days of talks, visits, and social events, plus our gala dinner.

REGISTRATION LINK: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/ebhl-london-2023-tickets-577521120217

**IMPORTANT NOTE**

In order to give delegates greater flexibility, each day of the conference—plus the gala dinner—will be ticketed separately. Those wishing to attend the full conference (days 1-4, plus the gala dinner) should select all five ticket options in the Eventbrite booking menu. The cost of full delegate registration (not including Eventbrite’s booking fees) is £140.

Call for Papers

In addition, please find attached a preliminary conference programme. This is provisional and subject to change, but will hopefully give potential delegates a flavour of what is in store! It also includes a Call for Papers for the two days of lectures and lightning talks. Delegates wishing to present papers are asked to submit their outlines to library@linnean.org before March 31.

Accommodation

Lastly, a group discount has been arranged at the EasyHotel, Shoreditch, for the use of conference delegates: https://www.easyhotel.com/hotels/united-kingdom/london/london-city-shoreditch/book?numAdults=1&arrival=2023-06-20&departure=2023-06-23

Up to 30 rooms are available at the discounted rate of £119 per night. Please use the code ‘LSOL23’ at checkout to apply the discount.

Please note hotel accommodation is at a premium in London during the summer, and availability at the hotel is strictly limited. Early booking is strongly advised.

Please do feel free to contact either Will or myself if you have any questions, or encounter any difficulties. In the meantime, we look forward to welcoming you to London in June!
